End 1/6 Defendants’ Cruel and Unusual Punishment

Our Committee on the Present Danger: China has hosted over forty webinars in recent weeks, exposing the myriad ways in which the Chinese Communist Party is waging “unrestricted warfare” aimed at destroying the United States – and the Americans helping them do it.

Especially powerful was yesterday’s program illuminating the truth about the events of January 6, 2021 and the unconstitu­tional, “cruel and unusual punishment” judges have allowed to be meted out to those falsely accused of trying that day to overthrow the U.S. government.

Washington District Judge Emmet Sullivan is prominent among the jurists who have allowed 1/6 defendants to languish in solitary confinement and other horrific conditions for months without trial. He should be removed from all January 6th cases – as should everyone who has abused their offices to wage political warfare and violate the constitutional rights of American patriots.
