On this episode, my guest is Dr. Pamela Seraphine. Dr. Pamela, as she is affectionately known, is a neuroscientist and mental health consultant recognized for her extensive expertise in trauma recovery and brain health.

Beyond her contributions to neuroscience, Dr. Pamela is also an accomplished world percussionist. Combining her scientific knowledge with her artistic expression, Dr. Pamela’s study of music's impact on the brain inspires others to enhance their overall well-being through the power of rhythm.
