Free market liberalism is unlikely to be the dominant political force in the near future, even though all of us at the IEA are working hard towards this goal!
In the interim, in order to get liberalising reforms on the way, we need to work together with people of different persuasions. But who are the right allies for classical liberals? Can the fusionist free-market conservative alliance continue, or has the political realignment process condemned it to the pages of history books?
