Welcome back to another episode of Discover More.

In this week's episode, hosts Aidan & Benoit sit down to reflect on Benoit’s first two months living in Los Angeles.

After leaving his job last May to pursue graduate school, Benoit felt like he had lost his purpose and was battling feelings of unworthiness.

Unworthiness is one of the most common and crippling issues that we’ve seen and experienced within the world, and it becomes a key topic of this week’s conversation.

We believe that you don’t need to be productive to be worthy. Just being human is enough.

Similarly, we believe that productivity is placed on a pedestal in America and idleness carries a negative stigma.

In this week’s episode, we dispel some of these ideas and explore the topics of achievement, worthiness, and recovery within our own lives.

Benoit shares about the personal struggles that he has recently faced, as well as the practices that have helped him heal in the past few months.

We also discuss a variety of topics including Enneagrams, motivation, and integration.
