Welcome Back No-Problem Parents!
Emotional wellness is essential in raising confident, resilient, and compassionate children, and as parents, we can lead our kiddos and provide them with the necessary tools and support to navigate through the different emotions they experience.
In today's podcast, Chelsea Elliot, Founder of Somocom Lab shares practical strategies that parents can implement to enhance their child's emotional wellness and promote a lifetime of positive mental health.
- When should parents start paying attention to their children's emotional health?
- What can parents do when they're overstimulated and want to yell?
- How can parents take care of themselves when they feel like they have too much going on?
- What can I do when my child is having a meltdown?
- How can I help my child understand their emotions?
Chelsea is an enthusiastic speaker, parenting expert, children’s author, and innovator. Chelsea’s approach to parenting is based on understanding how to handle our children’s emotions and behaviors by understanding ourselves on a deeper level.
