In January, Bryan Nardo was pulled from the DII ranks and named Oklahoma State's new Defensive Coordinator. Nardo came to Stillwater with 15 years of coaching experience and made an immediate impact on his players. He is known for his calm demeanor, his player first approach and of course, his 3-3-5 defensive scheme. In this episode of the Inside OSU Podcast, Meghan Robinson and First Cowboy Darren Shrum speak with Coach Nardo to learn more about his coaching journey, how he's adapted to life in Stillwater and what he always teaches his players.
