Tone Up Thursday people!!
The other day my trainer at Orange Theory Fitness said, in the middle of a tough shoulder day, that we all want our arms to look toned. She said a toned arm starts at the shoulder...her gorgeous arms do not lie.
So, today, grab some weights (or milk jugs filled with water or sand, or soup cans...you get the point) and get lifting.
3 sets or 6-8 repetitions for exercise of the 3 following exercises:
