To love your neighbour, you need to make sure that your heart is growing in and leaning on Jesus. We often try to love our neighbours without the heart of Jesus, but if we do not take time to learn from Jesus, then our neighbours simply become projects to us. You are called to love no matter the background or life circumstance of the person you’re loving—and whether they show an interest in Jesus or not.
