20 YEARS AFTER THE DOCK CLOSED, COULD HARBOR WALK FINALLY RISE FROM THE ASHES?

There finally appears to be some sort of plan for the main harbor development that was supposed to replace the Dock nightclub 20 years ago in Ridgeland, Ms. The company that owns the lease is paying $600,000 per year on a 60 year lease that they are 15 years into.
