If any part of your wellness goals include a better diet listen up. Mindful eating is the new dieting. A few tips: 1. Every night take 5 minutes to plan your meals for the next day.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and perhaps a snack.  Plan to take your reusable water bottle.  Even plan some movement into your day.
