Absolutely LOVED speaking with Dr Audrey Tang, who is a chartered psychologist, an award winning business author, a mental health broadcaster as an expert of emotional wellness at the workplace.

She shares her wisdom and experience through leadership training and development programmes for businesses to create a healthier and supportive work culture, which ultimately becomes the foundation of a profitable business.

We cover how our brain plays tricks on us and how we can navigate the "ego" the clouded and negative thoughts that we all have, be that male or female to live a life with a happier mindset and lived experiences.

We talk about Imposter Phenomenon (not syndrome), how it is formed within our subconscious, our inherited patterns and beliefs and the self care tools to navigate through with greater awareness of self and the tools that suit you.

Audrey highlights the change of culture that has gone from a balanced work/play ethic to work-work-work and how this is affecting our mental and physical health.

I highlight beautifully at one point (not intentionally mind🤣) about having too much on your mind and being heavily in your mental energy rather than your body and heart, that by doing so, you drop a few plates you forget and/or may loose your direction. Depending on how often you are in this state day-to-day will be reflected in your experiences and life's journey.

The more open we are and the greater compassion and space we hold for ourselves is imperative to our health and wellbeing mind and body, in our relationships and at work.

We understand and accept ourselves on a deeper level of consciousness and begin to make more conscious choices of change that serve us greater joy, from this level of self awareness.

To break free from old patterns, cultures and societies that no longer serves purpose for us individually and collectively, to release the shackles of the fear of failure, judgement and live life with more curiosity and self awareness.
