We discuss Josh's journey from starting out playing football for Aston Villa at a young age, then moving onto Rugby at Gloucester and how he was let go for not being physically developed. Ironic. Then we move onto his early influences in fitness & how he has progressed both in the industry & on social media as well as the pressures he faces being such a big influence on people.
