Responsible for strategic planning, international expansion, team development and scale, finance and accounting, human resources, corporate governance, and risk management.
During her career so far, Amy has closed twelve rounds of debt and equity financing from venture firms and institutional sources totaling more than $200M. She also managed two acquisitions to close with values ranging from 10-30x revenue.
