More about Dimple Dhabalia: Dimple Dhabalia is a writer, human-centered leadership and story-healing coach, and founder of Roots in the Clouds. Using her personal experiences with vicarious trauma, moral injury, and compassion fatigue stemming from almost two decades of working in service of asylum seekers and refugees as a catalyst, Dimple launched Roots in the Clouds in 2021 with a personal mission of putting the “human” back into humanitarian work. Today, her cutting-edge work explores the intersection of generational trauma and moral injury within the context of helping professions and supports a holistic approach to addressing individual and organizational trauma using principles of mindful performance, positive psychology, and human-centered leadership.
