If you talk to any fitness trainer, they will talk about strengthening the core. A strong core can build strength in every other area. In the church, the core would speak to values that define how we move forward. Another way to look at values is to see them as those things that contribute to the smell of a church. The key points this message covers are: 1. People matter to God 2. Space for each other’s journey 3. Commitment to speaking love and truth 4. Strength and power through relationships 5. Resilience in making disciples of Jesus
