Topics included the various packets you find in restaurants, Blue (NutraSweet or aspartame), Yellow (splenda), Pink (saccharin) and Green (Stevia). Dr. Hull is the author of Sweet Poison: How the World’s Most Popular Artificial Sweetener Is Killing Us -  My Story (Aspartame); Splenda: Is it Safe or Not?; and The Richardson Cancer Prevention Diet: A Nutrition and Diet Regimen for the Prevention of Cancer. She teaches at Texas A&M University, counsels individuals and writes a monthly health blog.
