Falling Upward: A Fresh Way of Thinking About Spirituality

I’m trying something new on today’s show – I’ve asked two friends, Jocelyn Gruber and Pam Hervey, to join me for a book talk on Fr. Richard Rohr’s best-selling book, “Falling Upward: A Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life.”  This book has been a life-changer for me and my guests as we navigate our way through the hazy middle of major life transitions. Coming from similar and different faith backgrounds and with varying degrees of current religious affiliation, this book, written by a Catholic Priest, proved to be very accessible to each of us and provided all three of us a universal framework in which we could situate our own experiences as we move to the edge of becoming. If you find yourself feeling stuck in that in-between space of the now and not yet, I hope that you will find a lot of comfort in this conversation and even more guidance and wisdom in this book.
