Welcome to the Power for Good Podcast, a place where we explore how influential people are using their power for good! My name is Christina Rae, I’m a somatic healer, Breathwork facilitator, coach and owner of Pildora Enterprises based in Miami, Florida. I help people transform their lives by guiding them through their darkest times. My holistic approach to transformation is a combination of years of training and my personal life experiences. In this podcast, we explore transformation, wellness and spiritual awakenings, demonstrating first-hand how people can and do change. What would the world look like if we all used our power for good? How can we start to use our power for good? What exactly does that mean? Welcome to the journey!
