As Jesus was having a meal with Simon, a Pharisee, a woman of the city came and anointed his feet and welcomed him. While we love celebrating the gospel's reminder that Jesus welcomed sinners, we also need to acknowledge that sinners, when confronted with grace, welcome Jesus!
