San Juan County Emergency Manager Mike Mestas and Michelle Truby Tillen, Flood Plain Manager, announce that the connection between Harvest Gold water system and the city of Bloomfield is mostly complete.  Testing and flushing will now begin.  Hopes are that residents will have reliable, running water in the very near future.

Also discusses, possible emergency funds to repair the Farmer's ditch after a rock slide.
