We all want favor and blessings to follow us wherever we go. 
Guess what! It will. 

But we have to keep our motives positive and pure before this happens. 

When our goals, intentions, motives, everything... line up, we see a flood of goodness come over us. The problem comes in when we pray for one thing, and expect to use it for everything but the way God intended it. It gets blocked.
