As Liz and Carol's relationship struggles to get stronger, Liz finds an outlet in the lowest level employee at the last place network in America: Kenneth. but will her problems unlock his hidden mental issues, or can Jack rescue him before it's too late?

Speaking of Jack, he gets an opportunity to invest in Donald's (Tracy's son who's older than him) theme restaurant featuring Godzila® (with ONE "L" for trademark reasons) but it might unlock his hidden mental block(s) inscribed by his own father.

Finally, when Jenna's getting ready for what she hopes is the next step in her and Paul's relationship, he turns the tables on her and has her second guessing if that next step will ever come.
