Congratulations to Lauren Rutan who competed this weekend earning an Elite Total and a 400+ DOTS!!! Lauren is an IFBB Pro and a previous Top 10 Powerlifter but took a break while expanding her family! Her and her husband now have 6 kids!!! Lauren is working her way back into competitive powerlifting and CRUSHED IT at a meet this past weekend as part of that return journey to powerlifting!
