3 deep breaths today - a few times.
In though your nose, hold at the top briefly and then exhale through your mouth. Slow, conscious breaths. Really feel your chest and belly expand with each breath in. When you breath out, slowly, with purpose, feel your stomach and chest muscles contract.
Just this. A simple breathing practice can give you a little reset, perk you up and keep you buzzing about your day.
