Today the challenge is to take a good, hard look at your diet.  What organics are you eating?? Which are you committed to? A great place to start is to commit to eating only organic dairy, or only organic meat.  Yes, it is more expensive but perhaps you will eat less dairy and meat if you only choose organic.
