National Center for Lesbian Rights Legal Director Shannon Minter joins Gaywaves for the fifth time, this time to discuss the need to expand the federal judiciary and the number of justices on the U.S. Supreme Court as it pertains to protecting hard-fought LGBTQ rights long term.
