The Discredited SPLC Enables the Sharia Threat

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. 

Today, the House Homeland Security Committee is holding a hearing on world-wide threats to America in the “new age of terror.” Preeminent among such threats should be Sharia-supremacism – the Islamic totalitarian doctrine that demands its adherents engage in jihad to secure the submission of the entire planet. 

That topic, however, is taboo according to the committee Democrats’ witness, Richard Cohen, president of the discredited and misleadingly named Southern Poverty Law Center. Indeed, the SPLC strives to silence those who have rigorously studied and authoritatively warned about the Sharia threat, defaming us as “haters” and “White supremacists.”

The homeland will continue to be more and more insecure unless and until the SPLC and its ilk are repudiated for their efforts to promote what amount to Sharia blasphemy restrictions and the real supremacists who seek to impose such repression on all of us.
