The longest serving agent in Point Cook, Tony Skrekovski was selling blocks of land off the bonnet of his car in 1996 on Point Cook Road which led him to found Barry Plant Point Cook, which has grown to be the leading agency for sales and rentals in the suburb. In 2008, his agency won the coverted REIV Best Real Estate Agency in Victoria.
