NY Mayors Make Case Against Cuts

At a joint budget hearing, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg says Gov. Andrew Cuomo's budget proposal includes 'tough but necessary' decisions, but would hinder New York City to the tune of $2.1 billion as currently written.
