Sarah Geringer has been filling diaries since the age of 11 and it was only a handful of years later, at the age of 16, that she realised that her passion for writing was more than a personal pastime. While raising a family put her calling of writing on the backburner for some years, she’s now a published author, podcaster, blogger and speaker. She has overcome a series of traumas in her life and is now helping others to do the same.
