One of the foundations for seeing the church become like the one God has destined us for is embracing a Biblical view that sees the church as a community. In this message we talk about Koinonia, the Greek word often translated as fellowship or community. The early church in Jerusalem was devoted to koinonia and therefore was filled with life, joy, and spiritual power. The result was that many people were added to the church. Being a community or koinonia is a necessary first step for us to be the church God has called us to be.
