In this episode, I sit down with my good friend, Andy Rohrbacher. Andy is an extremely competitive, nationally ranked, amateur triathlete. We discuss his journey from obesity and depression to breaking out of his comfort zone and setting (and then completing) harder and harder goals. Everyone can learn from his daily commitment to show up and get just a little bit better by turning weaknesses into strengths. By the way...he broke his neck last year, and he hasn't let that stop him!
When Andy isn't training, he is a business and organizational development consultant, a member of the Board of Managers at the White Rock YMCA, a volunteer and fundraiser for social causes and charities, and an avid traveler.
