How does it present itself?

I've been asked the question, "How does the mother wound apply to me, Lois? Why would I want to heal that?"

Here are some examples of that manifestation and how it presents itself into your life now

**NOT living or coming from your truest essence - often a trauma response called people pleasing or even disassociation
**NOT trusting your intuition and allowing others to make choices for you

**Coming more from a masculine space - devaluing your soft feminine gifts and sexuality
**Emotional eating or binge drinking
**Anxiety or depression
**Lacking self care and always pushing yourself to the limit - again not honoring your feminine energies within
**In sales, this can show up as dominating conversations or people and not listening
**You shut down your creativity
**Sacral chakra is shut down which can cause digestive issues
**Not feeling grounded or rooted in your true nature and purpose **people pleasing and/or codependency
**Over working or over DOING - versus finding a balance in the BEING of life (feminine energy)
**Taking life way too seriously and overanalyzing things way too much **Busy with logic and numbers and not having much fun!!!
**Addictive behaviors
**Inability to say NO when you mean no
