Meet Time James, The Health Hero. He is the founder of The Chemical Free Body, and he hosts the podcast "The Health Hero Show." He talks to us today about his journey from being an overweight unhealthy man in his 30's to now helping others live their healthiest lives. It all started when his friend was diagnosed with cancer. He went with his friend to a holistic medical facility in Palm Beach, Florida, and the rest is history. He made it his mission to help others heal and live happier more fulfilled lives. He talks to us about the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle while entertaining us with his vibrant and funny personality.
