The promise of the coming Messiah speaks to one who judges. As modern, Westerners, the judgment of God typically makes us uncomfortable. But to the original audience of Isaiah's words, judgment meant the world was being made the way they'd always longed for it to be: whole. (Isaiah 11:1-10)
