Mental Health Awareness Month: Make a list

If you suffer from the feeling of being overwhelmed, where you think there is too much to do and it's paralyzing.  STOP. First take a few deep breaths. Then grab a pen and paper and brain dump.  Make a list of all you have to do. You can group things as make sense.  After you are done take another 3 breaths and read the list over.  Try to add a few other tasks.
