Today we are joined by Kobi who is the founder of Eden Foundation @eden_foundation_ng. The foundation aims to improve the health outcomes of mothers as well as small and sick newborns in rural and underserved regions in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is passionate about raising awareness and support for preterm birth and maternal mental health.

She decided to start this Foundation because of her experience during the birth of her second daughter; who was born early at 33weeks in Nigeria.

Kobi is currently completing her Ph.D at the Texas A&M University in the US. Her mission as a mother and a researcher is to help low-income women and those with preterm infants receive quality and essential health care that will make them survive and thrive.
