Our society has ever been evolving. Yet our conditions of employment and the expectations of the workforce are still reminiscent of America in the 1950's. Today I'm sitting with Carlita DeSousa, owner of Carlita's Closet a fashion and lifestyle blog. We talk about how the workforce needs to change and how millennials are paving the way to demanding that change.
