Fitness Inspired Little Things - Baby step towards saying yes to adventure

Join Angela and me in this convo of a little thing that can sometimes look to be daunting!  My family and I have agreed to say yes to adventure this summer and it has been amazing so far!  Here we talk about how it can seem big at first to do that, so we offer some baby steps to move yourself in that direction.  Don't wait for yourself to have "earned" it, go out there and love yourself and that adventure!
