Do you believe there's a weight limit to food freedom?
In this solo episode, I respond to a DM I received on instagram. Most of the time, I delete and block any fatphobic comments, however, this DM was different. This person wanted to understand a concept that is SO foreign when living in diet culture.
So I wanted to openly talk about the idea that food freedom has weight limit.
I think the more we can have open and honest conversation, the more we all heal!
ALSO: I do want to mention that I do not live in a larger body- therefore- you should also listen to folks who have lived experience as they can provide a perspective that I do not have.
no matter your size, you deserve food freedom. You deserve to feel safe in your body.
