Sanity Check

A sanity check is in order.

Russia has invaded Ukraine’s Crimea region, and may not stop there. The Chinese are enforcing claims of sovereignty over nearly all the South China Sea.

One of Iran’s top generals boasts that his military’s finger is “on the trigger to destroy Israel.” And an Iranian proxy in Gaza just launched 60 rockets at the Jewish State, shortly after a ship secretly carrying many more from Iran was intercepted by Israeli forces.

Meanwhile, as Representative Vicky Hartzler of Missouri recently put it, President Obama is cutting our military to “the smallest army since before World War II, the smallest navy since before World War I, the smallest Marine Corps since before 9/11 and the smallest air force ever.”

That’s not just irresponsible and reckless. It’s crazy.
