Amendments to the NH Constitution

Two proposed amendments to the New Hampshire Constitution are up for a vote on election day next Tuesday. The first will allow residents to sue the state over how public funds are spent, while the other guarantees right to privacy. Professor John Greabe, Director of the Warren B.
