1592 - Training - Does Training Yourself Lead to Mediocrity

Is this quote true?  "Training yourself causes mediocrity."  In today's podcast we explore this quote; is it true, or, does it just highlight the limitations of training oneself?  And, if so, if there are limitations, how can we overcome them?
