I've had enough of winter. So let's go from the freezing snows of Wisconsin to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia courtesy of this excellent mix from Paul Asbury Seaman. I love the "night/walking/hiking" theme of this set.
Here's Paul's thoughts on the mix:
“One of my best memories, in my whole life, was taking an all-night hike by myself in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, arriving at the peak just in time to catch the sunrise from the top of Old Rag, famous for its 360 degree view. This program is part of my Mystical Ambient series and I’ve tried to capture the hushed sense of wonder of both the forest at night and the star-filled sky. I hope the music warms your winter dreams.
As a side note, when I was gathering tracks for this mix, I didn’t set out to make piano the primary instrument, that’s just the way it turned out. And beautifully so, IMHO.”
Thanks for another great contribution, Paul.
