Introducing Nigel Beach; a physiotherapist of 18 years and Certified Wim Hof Instructor. Nigel has been studying health for over 2 decades. Being a physiotherapist allows him to articulate Wim's method in an easy to understand way. He has been practising Wim’s method for over 3 years and has had extensive training over those years with Wim himself.  This conversation is wonderful; three friends exploring the Wim Hof Method through Nigel’s own personal journey, the fundamentals of the method, how one can take small steps to implement this into their own life and so much more.  Alongside the Wim Hof method the chat covers mental health, controlled discomfort through extreme temperatures and the use of shakti mats, optimising performance, mindset and breath work.
