It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! Today I am sitting down with Dave McGee, owner and co-winemaker at Monochrome Wines in Paso Robles. The winery is located in Tin City and specializes in the production of unique and complex white wines. Dave decided to follow his hear, try out some new ideas and have fun and that is exactly what he has accomplished. Join us as we discuss his methodical and experimental approach to producing incredible white wines.
