Bard Strikes $60M Settlement with 48 Attorney Generals for Pelvic Mesh False Advertising Lawsuit

C.R. Bard Inc., a medical manufacturer of pelvic mesh struck a $60M settlement with 48 states, including Washington DC last week, and Wyoming, my home state, wasn't included.  We detail the settlement and seek to understand why Wyoming is placing business before public health.
