Do you ever wish you could get that pre-baby body back? So much so that you have clothes saved to fit back in to…”someday”?
Do you have a fitness program or diet that you have solely because you have a “body goal” or are trying to have a body “transformation”?!
My friend, if you answered yes to either of these…we have plenty in common. I have not only been there but it is a constant struggle wanting to have some idea of a better me (body wise). And as I’ve been sitting in bed recovering from a pretty major shoulder surgery, I’ve been thinking more and more about the months of body image convictions I’ve had. I’ve been studying and praying about these things because I recognize that as a trainer, so much of what I’ve helped women with has to do with them trying to have a “transformation”…a change physically and emotionally. It’s much more than that but you get the idea. But what if THAT is the problem??!
