Dr. Dana Kanze knows all about double standards. And it’s both because of her time studying them, as well as her time experiencing them.
Dana’s research on gender gaps in the startup and investment field has been published in leading academic journals and received many awards. And she’s even done a TED talk! Before her academic career, she was an investment banker, strategic consultant, and entrepreneur.
In this episode, she talks to me about how double standards can show up in sneaky ways and how we can stop them.
