Central Line: The AAHA Podcast
Education
Some client conversations can go south quickly – and others never seem to get easier, no matter how many times they come up. Sarah Wolff, DVM, speaker, consultant, and educator, suggested an FAQ type format for this interview so she could explain how she responds in some of these potentially sticky situations; after all, who hasn’t felt like a deer in the headlights in front of an expectant or emotional pet owner? Whether the issue is a schedule snafu or a breach of ethical boundaries, Sarah recommends practicing responses ahead of time with your team, and she’s given some great places to start here in this episode.
